Funds are meted out in several ways;

    * Paid directly on bill or account by debit card.
    * Money order mailed directly to service provider.
    * Money order mailed to requestor, but made out to service provider/utility account etc.
    * Item purchased and shipped directly from online store.
    * Gift certificate mailed.
    * Only in rare instances will cash be given, and this would be via check, paypal or money order.

Since we have very limited funds, we make a determination by priority and/or where the available funds will make the most impact.
