Current Requests for Help

 

NOTE: Requestors are sometimes in need of a substantial amount of funds. Our policy is to offer to help up to $200.00 maximum in most instances, as this allows us to increase the number of families helped insha'allah However if we receive more, we will assist more with each request..

You can make a general contribution, or direct your sadaqah to a specific request by mentioning request number (example cr.1000)

cr.1031 Elder sister who received SSI, needs help getting gas reconnected. $271.00

cr.1032 Sister needs help with clothing and transportation costs to pursue vocational training. $200.00

cr.1035 New muslimah needs Islamic attire (she wears a 56 in garments/13-14 regular clothes) khimar, and Quraan and introductory books on Islaaam. $75.00

cr.1042 Mother is (3) requests basic household needs, iron, socks and shoes for her children. She is also in need of food for family. $150.00

cr.1043 Family in need of basic needs for newborn. $75.00 cr.1044 Sister is waiting to start new job, needs assistance with rent. $200.00

cr.1045 Mother with disabled son, seeks help with electric bill and food. $200.00

cr.1046 Family of (8) asks for help with electric bill. Father manages own business, but income has decreased. $232.62

cr.1047 Mother of (4) who was recently laid-off, needs help avoiding electric disconnection. $294.00

cr.1048 Mother of (2) is having difficulty finding employment. The child support she receives is not enough to cover all expenses. Requests aid with rent. $200.00
